Can I edit or cancel my order?
We accept cancellations for a full refund if you cancel within 24 hours of your order date. Since all items are baked to order, cancellation requests made after the 24 hour window may not be refunded.

Can I return or exchange my order?
While even especially picky pups love our treats, we understand that some pups have strong opinions about what they eat. If that’s the case, please donate or give out any remaining treats to another pup and we will happily deliver a new flavor of your choosing. Contact Us to get started.
Please Contact Us immediately if your treats arrive damaged or if there is another issue.
When will my order arrive?
Cookie orders are aggregated Monday – Thursday, ending at 4:00pm EST. Local NYC/NJ cookie orders will be delivered that following Sunday. All orders will be hand delivered by our team. Any order received after 4:00pm on Thursday may be included in the following week’s deliveries. Not sure if you’re in our local delivery area? See the next question to find out.

Where are Brody’s Treats available?
Brody’s Treats are currently available within our local NYC/NJ delivery area, consisting of the 5 boroughs of New York City (Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, Staten Island and the Bronx) and specific areas of New Jersey (Jersey City, Hoboken, Weehawken, West New York, Union City, and North Bergen).

How long do Brody’s treats last?
All of Brody’s Treats are made with organic and all natural ingredients. Since we do not use preservatives of any kind, our cookies typically last 3 weeks unrefrigerated, 4-5 weeks refrigerated. Therefore, we encourage you to refrigerate treats in an airtight container for maximum freshness.
Cakes should be kept in an airtight container for 5-7 days for maximum freshness.

How many Brody’s treats can I give my pup?
Brody’s treats don’t have official, recommended serving sizes since this differs from pup to pup. Most veterinarians suggest that treats account for no more than 10% of your dog’s daily caloric intake. (For example, if your dog needs 400 calories per day, they should have no more than 40 calories from treats, with the other 360 coming from their normal food.) Continue feeding your dog nutritional meals with Brody’s treats as a reward for good behavior or even just because. As a rule of thumb, we suggest one treat a day for smaller pups and two-to-three treats a day for bigger pups. Make sure to keep your pup active and healthy with walks and other activities, no matter their size.
Are Brody’s Barkery treats organic?
We strive to always use fresh local produce. We are NOT Certified organic as we use a mix of both organic and high quality all natural produce.

Dietary Limitations:
Your pup may have a sensitive stomach and we understand that. Let us know what we can do to help! One option is a “Naked” Cake, which is the same double tiered cake but with just a schmear of frosting!
